The Site is information, not treatment
Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Using the Site, reading its content, or submitting the contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only after intake and a mutual agreement to work together.
Emergencies
The Site is not monitored for emergencies and cannot provide crisis care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911, or call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
Who we can serve
We provide therapy to clients physically located in California and New York at the time of service, consistent with licensure requirements. Care is primarily delivered by telehealth, with in-person sessions available in Rochester, New York. Submitting a form does not guarantee that we can accept you as a client.
Acceptable use
- Use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Don’t submit false information or someone else’s information without permission.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, logo, and graphics are owned by Untangled Threads Psychology or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reuse them without written permission, except as allowed by law.
